 For payment online by credit card, if the payment is refused, the hotel booking will automatically be cancelled.

For payment by bank transfer, payment must be received within 5 working days from the day of booking.
If the payment is not received on due time, your booking will be automatically cancelled. 
The guest has to cover all occurring bank charges by making the bank transfer free of charge for the beneficiary. 
Please clearly indicate the ID, name of the guest and the reference of the congress on the bank transfer.
