Applied for all bookings of less than 10 rooms
Voyages C. Mathez, in agreement with Mare di Moda organizers, have arranged block bookings & negotiated special rates for the attendee.
RATES ARE PER NIGHT PER ROOM BREAKFAST AND CITY TAX INCLUDED
(VAT and tourist tax in force)
FULL PREPAYMENT WILL BE REQUESTED UPON HOTEL BOOKING
No booking will be confirmed if made without corresponding payment.
The hotel booking will be confirmed only at payment reception.

For payment by credit card online, an individual confirmation will be sent automatically. If the payment online is not accepted, the order will not be registered and will be automatically cancelled.

For payment by wire transfer or cheque in Euro, the confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the required prepayment no later than 5 days after the booking. In case of no payment within this deadline, the booking will automatically be cancelled.
GROUP BOOKING
Applied for all bookings of 10 rooms and more
Special conditions have been negotiated for group bookings. A dedicated team is available to inform and assist you.
In order to send you the most suitable offer, the following information will be necessary:
- Name of the company
- Number of rooms requested // Arrival & Departure dates // Room occupancy
- Hotel category // Budget
- Any other details which can help us
