CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICIES
Applied for individual booking

 

Any cancellation or modification has to be done by email.

- For any cancellation or modification done till the 1st october 2026, a refund will be made minus 20€ for modification / cancellation fees.
- No refund will be made for any cancellation or modification done from the 2nd october 2026, regardless for which reason it occurred. 
Should you decide to shorten your stay from this date, the nights cancelled won't be refunded.

Upon arrival at the hotel, a credit card in guarantee will be asked that might be charged for the unpaid or additional nights and extras.

No show: Any unused room night by the participant will be charged at 100%
Total amount of nights initially booked will be invoiced by the hotel and couldn't be refunded.
